EDFI is the Association of 15 bilateral institutions operating in developing and reforming economies, mandated by their governments to foster growth in sustainable businesses, help reduce poverty and improve people's lives through financing and investing in profitable private sector enterprises. EDFI and FinDev Canada agreed to further their collaboration through periodic meetings, expert networking groups, knowledge-sharing and co-operation in bilateral and multilateral development activities, blended finance and development impact assessment.
