Angel Bohorquez Colombo is a Lead Investment Officer in the Sustainable Infrastructure team, originating and structuring debt transactions across Latin America, the Caribbean, Indo-Pacific, and Sub-Saharan Africa. With over 13 years of experience in emerging markets debt and equity investments, Angel has led more than 14 transactions from origination to financial close during his time at FinDev Canada.

Before joining FinDev Canada, Angel was an Associate on the Infrastructure Investment team at CDPQ, where he contributed to the Latin America equity investment team, focusing on transportation sector transactions. His career also includes significant roles at PSP Investments and IDB Invest, where he was involved in equity and debt transactions in renewable energy and transportation.

Angel holds an MBA (Finance) from McGill University and a law and business degree from the University Pablo de Olavide in Spain.
