Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement
The Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement (BOAD) is an international Multilateral Development Bank established in 1973 to serve Francophone and Lusophone West Africa. Its mission is to contribute to the economic integration and balanced development of its member countries by funding long- and medium-term loans to public institutions and private businesses involved in development projects of regional importance.
